This company is a rip off they took my sons car, that broke down in front of there shop. The owner told him he could do a free diagnostic on it and let him know what was wrong. when he went back up there to get the car they told him he had to pay $75.00 to get the car. When he called to talk to the owner this girl tells him he has to go thru her that's what he pays her for. He then calls and wants the print out on the diagnostic done and there machine does not do print out (right)... He then asked how does he know they did it and she hung the phone up on him now he has to pay $75.00 plus a fee everyday its there. My son has a pregnant wife, three kids and one on the way in October and no car because this company thinks it is OK to rip people off. Oh and the guy gives him a ride home so he can take advantage of him... With this kind of service , I will never have my car taken here and if you want to keep your car beware.. they don't give print outs and probably don't give receipts ether.. make sure you are there the whole time or they will keep your car to.
