During my 18 month stay in Monterey attending the Naval Post Graduate School I was so lucky to have stayed at Lake Royal apartments. The management made me feel welcome right from the very beginning. The apartment had been freshly renovated with lots of cool features. It felt like I was moving into a new place. The best part was the location being able to walk to school, downtown, the wharf and the beach.
For convenience, a clean, modern and well-maintained apartment I can't speak highly enough about Lake Royal.
Pros: Bright and sunny apartment with a huge balcony.
