Review content:
Run if you see D&S Property Manangement. This management group is a joke. They say they care about their residents when in reality they only care about the money they get from them. Residents are forced to deal with management changes every month due to the fact their own employees can't stand to stay with them for longer than a month. They talk about residents behind their backs and call them names that are EXTREMELY unappropriate and refuse to fix any repairs. When they do find employees that go beyond the call of duty to make a resident happy, they fire them immediately. D & S is the last place I would send my worst enemy to live under.
Cons: overpriced, dangerous, poor management and leasing agents
