Being of Norwegian decent and having most of my family still living there and in Rostock (Northern Germany) I have a flavor of home and try to get it every time I am out of town (Dallas being home now). I have got to say that being in OKC I was surprised to find this place and am glad I did. Service was stellar and the food was spectacular, I had a pretzel for an appetizer (suggested by my server Christopher) and the Schwabischer Sauerbraten mit Spatzle und Bankrupt (po. roast for those in USA). we just called it ?Souerbraten with red cabbage and dumplings? with a side of potato salad. Truly amazed that this is how they plate it as well. This was really a taste of my family home. I have the opportunity to travel the US in my job and with the exception of 2 other places I do not think I would even take the time to write about (one being in Minnesota and the other in Ft Lauderdale) Who would expect that this kind of service and flavor could come from OKC? Truly the last place I would have looked for Great German food. Pros: this is great German food at its finest Cons: no one will carry you out to the car after you stuffed a gut
