My lease is not up until November 29, 2009 but I made the mistake of signing a new lease earlier this week. I was told by a staff member that there is only one apt. available in my style at this time and they go quickly! When I came in to request to cancel my renewal (less than 24 hours later) I was told no, I already signed a legal and binding contact. This is true but very poor customer service since you have almost 4 months to find a renter and I only changed my mind one day later! Also, I was treated very differently (like the ""enemy"") once it was known I didn't want to renew my lease. I have been a model resident for over 2 years! Pros: Lots of trees! Cons: Utilities, power, water, sewer, very costly!
