I would NOT recommend this broker or any realtor associated with him.... They do not tell the truth, they trick both the seller and buyer along with very very poor marketing. I would recommend ANY realty company other than this one. You could do a better job selling your house by yourself. They do NOT do any open houses and they will not spend any money putting your home in any newspaper. They will not post any fliers or market your home in any way other that one photo in the MLS with very basic descriptions and their sad looking website. They will not give added information about your house....not even on THEIR OWN website. The realtors are very energetic and persistant with you UNTIL you sign the 4 MONTH contract (that the will not let you out of no matter what they do wrong). This is when they stop calling or communicating with you. I was told I couldn't email my realtor because the system ....didn't work. Not a good answer for people who should be accessible to both buyers and sellers. To tell you the truth....I would not be totally upset if I do not sell my house during this contract because then I wouldn't have to give them a single dime for their shady and minimal service they gave me. You know, they say you get what you pay for and in this case they are correct.... somewhat. I think NextHome wouldn't be as bad since they actually are upfront with the seller in telling them that they will do most of the work. When this contract is up I am going to REMAX and to a realtor that markets homes like crazy. They are out there....and totally worth the added price. Acutally, I will only save one thousand dollars if 2000 Professional Realty sells it to another realtor..... only one grand......not worth all this trouble!!! Boy, that is sad and I learned my lesson the hard way.
Pros: You will save some money if this realty company sells your house to a person off the street
Cons: They do not market home well and they only advertise to other realtors
