I have had Chinese Food all over the country and Mings is one of the best anywhere. There may not be much reason to go to Los Banos Ca. But if you happen to be driving by on THE 5 at lunch or dinner, check it out.
Pros: Full menu ,good service, friendly staff
Cons: ambience isn`t the best small seating area
