SLUMLORDS! I live in one of their buildings in Inwood, Manhattan. These guys are SLUMLORDS! They only respond to tenant complaints when you resort to getting the city involved and they are threatened with fines. They dont provide adequate heat & hot water! The neglect to fix repairs, don't return your calls and are rude. This corporation is made up of money-hungrey mongrels who could care less for the people who pay their mortgage. They are a nightmare! SLUMLORDS!
