Review content:
I did not do enough research before I enrolled my child. Honestly, I was concerned from the very begining about the lack of security in the building. The front door is always open and it is steps from the first classroom. Sometimes the staff is in the back office, so anyone could just run in and have access to the kids...The place is run like a home daycare, that is the attitude I get. It is dark and quiet, no ""hapiness"" in the place. The colors are drab and dreary. Not one time have I heard music played when I was in the building. There was always kids screaming and running around. No structure when I was there. The teachers for my child's class were way too young and inexperienced. Many times the teacher was not there early in the morning so she was taken to the nursery room, she cried every time I left her. I never received an accurate report for the day. They just seemed to list the menu available, not what my child actually ate. The menu for lunch and snacks was horrible. A 12 month old should not be eating brownies! And I don't understand how saltine crackers and water would be considered a good snack for any human, let alone a baby. Why would you feed that to a baby? Where is the nutrition in that? Shocking. It seems like everyone working there is like part of an extended family or a click, not a professional business. There were random people in and out that don't work there. My child was sick the first week and had slight diaper rash the 2nd week. The place needs to have a total overhaul. They should start with their building, their staff needs to be more experienced and properly trained, there needs to be a curriculum for learning, a nutritious menu, and security needs to be put in place.
