Review content:
I do not recommend the Diagnostic Clinic of Houston. I used to be a patient but not anymore. The doctors I used to see have all left. Two years after I received a procedure and paid my portion of my bill, I then received a bill for over $600. I have tried to call about this but they just tell me I owe it. They billed the wrong insurance, a plan that I didn't have anymore and not my current insurance! It is too late for them to refile to the proper insurance since the bill is so old, so now they just keep sending me a bill and asking me to pay. They also send me these letters that are written terribly with all sorts of errors that advertise different procedures they do and ask me to make an appointment. They must not have anyone to proofread them. So they still want me as a patient yet at the same time they want me to pay a bill that they originally did not file correctly to the proper insurance plan.
