Review content:
A tree was planted in my back yard by Tur-Scape, Inc. in mid April 2009. In May 2009, I noticed the leaves begin to wither and turn brown. It appeared the tree was dying. According to the purchase agreement, there is a one year warranty on the tree. I called the company but could never talk to somone concerning the tree. I then emailed(photo included) the manager but again received no response. I finally was able to talk to the manager and he told me that he had assigned someone to contact me to inspect the tree. However, I have not heard from the manager or the person who was supposed contact me. It is going to cost me more money to have the tree removed and then replaced with another one. This company does not stand by their warranty.
