I had a terrible time with these guys. The owner was hours late on some occasions, didn't show on others, rescheduled our measurement and installation multiple times, and was not proactive on any of it. I had to call, and call, and call, to find out why they had missed an appointment by many hours, for example.
Cons: Unreliable, unprofessional
