I got a radio and an install card to have a Sirius Satellite radio installed in my car. They were close to where I live so I called RT Grim and set up an appointment to have the radio put in. I dropped off my car the day before the appointment and picked it up the following afternoon. The radio was installed on the dashboard and I drove home. I had it activated the next day. Unfortunately, it had a lot of static and was nearly impossible to hear. In fact, it only sounded clear when I held my hand on the radio itself. So I called RT Grim to ask them what the problem might be. After identifying myself, he guy I got on the phone said ""Oh that's because you didn't have an FM mod installed with that."" So I asked, ""What is an FM mod?"" And he explains that it is something that makes the Sirius radio play directly through my car?s radio and that's was why I couldn't hear it. So I said why didn't someone tell me that when I had it installed? He said, you got the radio through Sirius, and implied that what I got from them was what the install card covered. So my car was tied up for a day, I have a Sirius radio installed in it, that I can't listen to, because my install card didn't cover getting an FM mod and no one at RT Grim thought it might be a good idea to inform me about this until I called to inquire about it two days later. That is some way to do business. I'm glad they are not doctors doing surgery and only doing what is covered by medical insurance while never informing the patient that the procedure they've done won't fix their problem. Needless to say, my experience with RT Grim was not very satisfying.
