Review content:
Although the doctors are friendly and professional, I can't say that about their Rosemont Staff. I had a horrible stomach bug for 4 days at 18 weeks pregnant. I called everyday and was never able to talk to a doctor. The staff constantly put me on hold and told me to drink fluids, even though I couldn't drink or eat anything! Finally on the 4th day, I called again, asking to speak with someone other than a receptionist, I finally was put through with the must disrespectful, rude, unhelpful nurse practitioner who hung up with me because she didn't have time to talk to me. Then treated the same way by their office manager. It's horrible that people like them represent such a nice group of doctors. I would never recommend this practice because of their horrible staff. No one ever deserves to be treated that way, especially a very sick, scared pregnant patient!!!
