Review content:
I was not pleased wth the front desk at all. You're greeted by a front desk staff that is not very pleasant and extremely rude. I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my mother as a mother's day gift and when i approached the front desk about options and packages they basically snubbed me off and acted as though my questions were irrelevant and completely stupid. Here's something to remember ... "" this is your job, if you dont want to do it... leave"" Other than that the stylists are wonderful and very pleasant. Nail techs are sweethearts and the woman that did my massage was a doll. It's worth an experience.. just stay upstairs, not down.
Pros: stylists
Cons: parking is limited, front desk service
