I called Kern due to a leaking furnace! Not an emergency, but worrisome and leaking in my laundry room. Larry had a plumber there in a few hours who did a quick fix and came back the next morning to do the extensive repair. That evening the plumber gave me a good estimate and simple explanation of the extensive work to be done. After completion, the bill that arrived is very reasonable and there was a follow up phone call to see if everything was OK. I think after using them 20 years ago, and finally needed them again, that's pretty darn good service!!
