Review content:
As a patient of this practice, I have no complaint about the doctors; however, the rude nurse and condescending office staff have forced me to request that my records be immediately transfered to another practice. I am in my first trimester of a high-risk pregnancy and have been treated with an attitude of inconvenience and a level of professionalism expected from making an appointment for an oil change. After having a stressful trip to the emergency room, I needed a follow up appointment, but they were unable to ""fit"" me in their schedule until 4 days later. The nurse was unbelievably rude and uncaring. I asked if I should change practice, because I needed blood work to test for a drop in hormone levels for a threatened miscarriage. She said that I could do that if I wanted to. Even when I called back to request a transfer of my information, I was treated with a ""whatever"" attitude rather than a patient. My first contact with the new practice was with a kind human and not an answering machine. Immediately my results from the hospital were seen by a doctor and I promptly received a phone call. If you have a complicated pregnancy, I would stay clear of the irritable frontline staff who will treat your pregnancy as an irksome chore of fitting you in to an overloaded appointment schedule.
