Review content:
Ok so I started with Willow Grove Infiniti by shooting them an email about a certified pre-owned car I saw on line. Within a couple hours I got back an email asking me when I?d like to come in and see the vehicle. My schedule was a bit up in the air but I said there would be a possibility maybe sat early afternoon - I never made it. Got a follow up email saying sorry I didn't make it but if I was interested in setting up another appt to let him know. I did 2 days later and ended up buying the car. The salesman Greg was great. I HATE buying cars - hate it but this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. (And I have bought 17 cars over the years). A week earlier I test drove a car at a high end ""J"" dealer in Willlow Grove and the sales""boy"" didnt even respond to my email he Ignored me until 9 days later when he contacts me because the car wasnt sold yet. Also gotta say Willow Grove Infiniti's business guy, who goes thru all your paperwork with you was top rate also (Apologies for not remembering his name) the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Got the car home loved it and realized the small screw on antenna was missing - called Greg the next day he said he'd take care of it and had it at the dealer front desk for me. You get your first oil change free. Just got back from bringing it in at lunch and it was the ultimate service. Valet took me my keys; a gal brought me into the lounge and offered me something to drink. 45 minutes later they called my name - since it was an express service due to my time limit they didn?t have time to wash the car but gave me a coupon good for a wash and hand dry at a local car wash. The gal walked me to my car explained that they also noticed my remote battery was low and they changed that also... All in all I would have to rate them a 99 out of 100 (the diet coke I got wasn't super cold - deduct 1 point...lol) I would highly recommend this group! And NO I don?t work there and NO - I know no one that works there, I even live 60 miles away from the dealership? In a world where acceptable service now means you?re talking to someone 8000 miles away who barely speaks your language ? Willow Grove Infiniti defines what service should be ? Kudos to you!
