Review content:
The worst possible customer service experience I ever experienced. My evening was totally ruined by the way people in this restaurant treat their customers. First of all, our table was ignored with delays in our order and we had to ask them even to get papad, chutney or even water for that matter. To top the matter, they served me a Vegetarian Biryani with a piece of CHICKEN in it. When I called the Manager of the restaurant and showed him the chicken piece, he apologized and so I decided to leave the matter there itself refusing his offer to make me another order of Veg Biryani. Then out of the blue he asks me if I put the piece of chicken in my plate and trying to create a scene there. With such a response, I was taken aback and asked him if he was really meaning what I heard and he goes on telling me that if I create a scene there, he would call someone (cops I assumed) and complain against me!!!!! This is totally outrageous. First of all, he should be thankful to me for not making any trouble for the piece of chicken he put in my vegetarian meal, but he comes back and tells me he would complain against me!!!!
