I get my laptop back, there was a problem with the screen, it was too dim, that was all. I take it home after the repair is completed and I've paid $150 for their work already. The computer now works, no dim screen, but when I unplug it from the wall, it turns off immediately. I recently went to sell the laptop and I discovered the price of a battery and the cause of my problem. The resale of these batteries is very high, about half the value of my old klunker laptop. I open up my battery to have a look, it has no barcode on it, it is not the original I purchased with my computer. They stole my battery and sold it online, and charged me $150. Must be a very profitable business Atman is running.
