Apps and pasta are actually quite nice, which is why when the weather turned nice we decided to go and sit on the patio. While we were waiting for our crab dip, we smelt a steak, a perk to their patio being next to the kitchen. When our food came out I cut into my steak and it was well done, not the medium I had asked for. Cooked through the middle, no pink at all. We called over our waitress to make her aware of the issue. It went back to the kitchen, our waitress confirmed what I wanted, but shortly after that the manager brought the steak back out to me asking what I thought was wrong. I asked for the check, and the manager took it off our bill without me asking, or any other word for that manner. While we were finishing our drinks, we could hear how annoyed the kitchen staff was at my returned steak. Apparently I ""need to go back to cooking school"" and some other choice words I won't repeat. I told the manager and the kitchen was quiet after that. I rarely return food, maybe one plate every other year. I will NEVER go back, for the simple fact there was no apology for the food coming out wrong or what was said within earshot of customers. We could have gone to Carrabbas or Outback for cheaper and received better service.
