As a gift for Christmas, my father purchased an HP Touchsmart computer for me. I absolutely love it. Since I was new to the area, he also bought the protection service plan that Geek Squad offers. After a year of successful use and no problems, my computer started acting up. So, I took it in to Geek Squad.
