After reading all the reviews we were hesitant to purchase from Sears outlet, however we wanted to look at a refrigerator and washer/dryer for our new home because of the great prices. My husband and I had an absolutely great experience with the staff as well as the delivery. Aida (I think that was her name) helped us with our purchase ? she was very patient with all of our questions and didn?t rush us even though the store was closing for the evening. We received a service call the night before delivery to confirm & showed up within the two hour scheduled timeframe to deliver and install. We recieved EXCELLENTservice and highly recommended Sears outlet to anyone looking for home appliances for very good prices. Most importantly, we loveeee our Samsung front load washer/dryer & fridge! :)
