The front desk is unfriendly and scolds you if you ask questions.
The therapist was late for my appointment with him. He spent 20 minutes having me do a few exercises and paid no attention to my technique or pace - as he gave attention to other activities and people around him.
Was then given a 20 minutes massage by a competent massage therapist and then left to relax with a heating pad for 20 minutes - which i could have done on my own time - instead of paying $100.
I've had great experiences with physical therapists in the past, this was a real disappointment.
