If you are interested in tearing your ACL, are already in a wheelchair or have a fascination in playing games with some of the weakest reffing around, this is your place to play. Three players on our co-ed team ended up with season-ending injuries and subsequent surgeries within the first four weeks of the season, and all were in excellent shape coming into the season. Some of the rest of us, including me, then went to play at the arena in Layton and, given the much better surfaces (and reffing) found there, never had an injury or problem with our play and continued there for many seasons. Don't risk it. For some reason the leagues at ""Ultimate"" are filled with thugs and brutes (perhaps the only ones that can play for lengthy periods on those surfaces and survive) and the increased professionalism and environment in Layton, for about the same price, was well worth the slightly longer drive.
