***Buyers, Beware of this Vendor*** I will never, ever, in this lifetime, or any other, do business with this company again. I worked directly with the owner of the company, Tony Mark Secilia. He sold me a PC-based DVR system with two cameras. He told me the PC-DVR had a three-year warranty. He also told me I could return the PC-DVR at any time within the three years for a full refund. His company has an electrical license. When he ran the wiring for my security system, left live wires covered with a plastic bag exposed to the elements, which they still are today. He never come back to fix this. The PC failed (crashed) six months later. When I contacted Tony Mark Secilia about the system crashing, he told me it would cost me $120/hr for him to look at the PC-DVR that has a three-year warranty. He also told me the 100% refund expired seven days after the unit was installed. On top of all of this, I never received the software, i.e., operating system, video recording software, etc., that was installed on the PC-DVR, not to mention any of the licenses, manuals, etc. I have requested the software, licenses, manuals, etc., three times, and each request has gone unanswered. The long and short of it is: I have a PC-DVR system that is completely useless. This company does business on the following websites:
