My experience at Soda was not what I was expecting from a so-called ""top"" salon. I was miss booked for an appointment with a stylist which first of all was not my fault but my hair had to suffer.Went back to get color corrected, stylist said I told her that I wanted my hair that color and was basically told me that it was my fault for the way the color came out. She also told me that I would be charged for seeing a different stylist (when receptionist on the phone told me I wouldn't). I expect someone from a top salon would have been able to look at my hair and know exactly what to do right away. Instead, was looked at like I didn't know what I wanted and stylist didn't know how to correct something that seemed so simple.
Never coming back to this salon again, very unprofessional staff for a place that is supposed to be the best around!
