Be very cautious with this business. You will be impressed by the intial professionalism, but you will find that work is not done as specified and is of inferior quality. If you attempt to reconcile the situation with the owner, Troy Craddock, he will refuse to return calls and finally have his mother try to handle it. In the end, you still need someone to fix the problem and end up paying twice This ""businessman"" also refuses to return a fireplace part belonging to me that he took on the premise he would be back the next day to complete the repair. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Pros: estimates were reasonable
Cons: service is inferior and doesn't stand behind his work
