My experience with Kevco was a little rough at first, but honestly everyone makes mistakes and you just can't expect perfection all the time. Since we have raised some issues to their attention they have become much more responsive and organized. I believe my former review was a little emotionally charged because we felt like we weren't getting the proper service we expected from a property management company. But after the owner, Nicole paid a visit to our home to address the issues herself we realized that the situation we were in was not anyone's fault in particular. It was a series of mixups and uncontrollable situations on many people's parts, and we were all just victims of circumstance.
I have to say I'm really impressed that Nicole went out of her way to pay a personal visit and was open to talking to us about the issues. I feel a lot better now about Kevco.
