Review content:
I signed up with a contract for a year. I believe thats the minimum. During the 2 classes I attended in that year, the cardio workout was great. I did not attend the actual martial arts part. The instructor will work your butt off no doubt. Even though life events occurred that prevented me from attending, I continued to pay my 50 dollar a month membership fee. When it came time to quit, I found it's not all that easy. I think needing a return reciept letter before they will cancel is an uneccessary hoop. So before you sign, make sure you will be able to commit for a year, and be prepared to read the fine print on canceling
Pros: There is little down time in the cardio workout. You will get in shape
Cons: pain to cancel, even after you wait your contract out.
