I came across this place without knowing them before hand. I waited to ask questions concerning related business questions and had the opportunity to listen to Mark Bronson wait on four customers before I spoke to him. I have been in the music service business for over 30 years , and in the music business for over 40 years. I was impressed by his knowledge , patience , and ability to explain technical work and details to novices , and also his breadth of knowledge of the guitar as an instrument in all the different uses and variations , and I have been friends and acquaintance with several of the top Luthiers in the world.
