After many years working with a number of psychotherapists and psychiatrists to manage severe bipolar disorder, I first really came to understand psychotherapy and what it can do when I began seeing Dr. Littonin 2003. Her skills are extraordinary - certainly far superior than any I've experienced before. Every session brings discovery and growth. She's stood by me through every crisis since and helped me gain a degree of health and happiness I never knew existed. If you can get in to see her, consider yourself very, very fortunate to get help from the best of the best.
Pros: Brilliant, compassionate, results-oriented psychotherapy, Lovely environment.
Cons: Absolutely none.
