I had my home insurance with them for years and have had a good experience. They have a nice group of ladies that help you with making payments and stuff like that. I do not know who my agent is, but I got good service from a few people, when I called in the past year, a lady named Linda made my payment for me when I gave her my check. I also talked to a girl named Danny? or Annie? she helped me save almost $700 on my home policy with new roof credits. I did not feel like Adrien was helpful. He gave me auto insurance rate quote and tried to push it on me. I did not feel like changing at the time and he called me stupid for not wanting to save $$. I felt that was unprofessional. I didnt have time to change when he gave me the amount. I would have eventually switched if he wasnt so rude. Now I dont want to deal with him, but i have called and was told he is the only person to talk to for auto insurance. Overall good service, except him.
