when I used to stand more than 1 hour, cooking , singing on the stage, or whatever ,my back used to hurt and froze. I couldn't take one more step when that happens and had to hold my back and take deep breath in & out for 10 min. or more. I found City Chiropractic through my friend, and tried decompression therapy there couple times and my pain went away. Price was reasonable compared to others. so much better than massage!! I've spent so much money on massage, but didn't help me much with my back pain. I recommend Spinal Decompression Therapy for people who suffers from back pain.
Pros: I didn't have insurance, but price was reasonable. They gave me a new patient offer.
