I joined their comfort club which debits $10/month from my visa which prepays for a/c and furnace checkups. Para 1a of their agreement covers spring ckup of a/c and para 1b covers fall ckup of furnace. For the fall ckup the srviceman left me a bill with no charge, as I expected. I was surprised to receive an invoice for $79 to pay for the fall service visit.
I had a $50 credit balance on my visa debits so I wrote a check for $29 to cover the $79 invoice and resigned from the club. I now see a $50 debit transaction on my visa acct which I did not authorize and now I'm out the $50 visa credit balance. THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!
