All I can say is UNORGANIZED! I'm renting from metro and holy cow, I cannot believe the owners haven't restocked the employee shelf with competent individuals yet! I just lay low and correct them when there is a mistake but one day I'm afraid all hell is going to break loose. If I could advise anyone that is considering metro management as a landlord or property management for an investment property I would say stay far away. I've met the owners and they seem like pretty sharp guys but until they restructure things theres just no saying whats going to happen to your money. (P.S. Riverside Management is pretty much one in the same so I would seriously look into another management company altogether)
Cons: Unorganized, poor customer service, representives poor hygiene
