Review content:
The apartments are WAY OVERPRICED and not worth the expense. Rents are at least 400-500 over what they are worth. You get assessed with a yearly $250 amenities fee which is highly unreasonable considering there aren't any great amenities - they throw gatherings that I would assume the amenity goes towards and they are no great shakes, and the workout room is almost always dirty and never updated equipment. Management are border line rude, uncooperative and inflexible to work with the tenants (even if you are a long-term renter - I've spoken to others in the building who have been here for a while and they support this view.) They put on a false front when showing apartments and walk into the office but generally speaking they are not very unaccommodating to tenants. They are very arrogant because they have it in a great location but that is not enough to outweigh everything else. Pros: location Cons: price, management, high utility costs
