I have lived here for many years. With old management everything was fine, The new manager Jamie Kenel is rubish. They inter your apartment any time they feel like it without any notice and go thru every thing inculding underware draw. My car has been broken in to four times in the past five years, And all they say is you can rent a garage at $40 more for each car. At least 2 cars get broken into every night. The mail boxes are located on a major street inside the compex in the open, This is why I was I victim of I.D Theft two years back along with many other renters at this location. All it takes is for the meth heads to put a screw driver in the back door to the mail boxes and have access to 35 renters mail boxes at a time. What does the office say' Get a mail box at the UPS store at $20 more a month. Also the office works from 9:30ish and leave when they get board usually at about 5:00 so pretty much you need to take time off from work to deal with them. And they forget or run out of money to pay for trash pick up so piles of trash starts to pile up on each corner of the complex for more than a week, I hope all Manco Abbott propertys are not like this one.
