I have just had the worst service i have ever had at at Peis. I go there all the time actully i use to work there and my mom currently works there now. My family and i ordered the usual except this time i had my sister with me and she got mandrin chicken and she thought it tasted like cotton with sauce on it so i explained to the waitress SAM that she didnt want it nor did she want another one made she was disqusted. Well when we got the bill i was charged for a full price dinner for something she only took 2 bites out of. So i asked her why i was charged for a full price dinner that she didnt eat, keep in mind i wasnt expecting not to get charged at all. So she yells at me saying that i was going to pay for it cause i ordered it. I reply that if i was any other customer i wouldnt have been charged at all. So i asked to talk to the manager and kindly he did give me half off for her meal and i was ok with that. She comes around saying that i should know better to not complain cause my mom works there. regardless i am still a paying customer!! I was astonished that me as a customer regardless of my history there i should not be treated that way. Not only did she yell at me in front of my 13 year old sister but she also yelled at me in front of my 2 year old daughter inside as well as followed us outside to yell some more. We go there at least 3 times a month and we love the food but SAM NEEDS FIRED shes the worst waitress i have ever had anywhere.
