This place may have great prices, but you get what you pay for. Several times I made the mistake of renting from this place because of their prices - and I will not make the same mistake again!
The first time I rented from here, was actually the least worst - the only complaint was that the linens had snags in them and the chairs weren't in the best condition - but they were ok, so I was willing to rent again from them because of the prices.
The second time, when I called to make a small change to my order, they didn't even have a record of my order. The real disappointment came, however, when how dirty the chairs and silverware they gave us were. It was clear that the chairs had just been dropped off from a previous party, there were food chunks and stains all over the chairs. We spent a long time cleaning the chairs - I couldn't believe they would give us chairs in such a condition.
The third time they sent me the wrong linens - wrong colors and sizes. And the linens were in horrible condition - one even had cigarette burns in it. The tables were fine. The chairs were ok. But the stress they caused me over the linens that day was not worth the extra money I saved by using their company. Worse was how they handled my disappointment. When I complained, they played dumb - the owner said she would ask the owner, and she never even had the decency to call me back. I also was really upset to learn that she charged a previous credit card I had on file without even asking me if I wanted to use the same card again.
I will not make the same mistake again.
