Review content:
To be somewhat brief, I had one of the most miserable customer service and computer service experiences in this store of my life. They were factually wrong about what the problem was with my computer (they swore up and down that it was a hardware problem; we took it to another store and it was a simple software issue); and more importantly, we brought the computer in because of one problem and when we picked it up, other things that previously worked perfectly stopped working. The people were unpleasant, rude, offensive, and insulting. It was just awful; please listen to my warning.
