Review content:
I tried to get 5 roof companies to get us a price to put on a new roof because ours was 16 years old and it was in bad shape. I got a total of 3 estimates written down on actual paper. One company dropped off a ?ballpark? estimate that I could not figure out, and another never returned my phone call. 2 of the estimates were professional looking, including the one from RJM Build. We ended up using RJM because of Rob?s understanding of what we were looking for and his willingness to explain exactly what was going to happen step by step. He was professional and casual and could explain why our ?organic? roof was blowing into our backyard. On the day our new roof was supposed to be put on it rained, so it was rescheduled for 5 days later, but it ended up working out better since then we could be home. The guys were really great at making sure the yard was cleaned up and they also made sure to move all our patio furniture into the yard so it wouldn?t get damaged. We are very happy with our new roof and the service that Rob and RJM gave us.
