Simply great! We needed a roof and my husband let it go to the point to where we got a leak in our stairway. I called RJM, and talked to Susan, who had Rob come out that day to look at my roof! He helped me understand what was wrong and why. He had his foreman come by to patch my roof temporarily THAT DAY! He had an estimate back to me to either repair the leak, or replace the roof -complete with pictures of why my roof was leaking. My favorite part is that he did not pressure us, he just answered our questions and let us decide. I do not think that I will ever need another roof but if I do I will use them again.
