City Search wants me to rate this club?...it doesn't even deserve ONE star but in order to publish my complaint I had to rate them.....Apparently Vision Quest Gym has been know for its lies. Im stupid for even considering them. The corperation misleads a person in the worst way. $19 a month. NO joing fees. NO processing fees. So I have been here for 3 months and have 3 people on my account. So far since we started (IN AUGUST 2010) we have paid $385. HOW THE HECK? You ask? $120 for first and last months, $60 a month and in November the charge $60 PLUS a maintenance fee of $75.....they get your checking account and completely take ADVANTAGE OF THAT! According to the person named Tommy who sold us our membership I was NOT stuck in a contract. (Due to the fact that we are Army we dont like contracts.) He also said that we had ONE ONE TIME maintenance fee a year (NOT 3) and that we did not have to pay for any class except Zumba. Well every single one of those sales pitches was a lie. He must have been low on his sales... and YES I read my contract. I asked about the maintenece fee again to be sure and he explained that it meant our account was going to be charged ONCE for a maintenece fee. HA! Learn from my terrible mistake.....Whatever you do, DO NOT JOIN THAT GYM! You will regret it. Here are a few more ""problems"" with Vision Quest...only 60% of their cardio machies actually work. Their free weights are for people who lift heavy only weights. Their cables weights are inaccurate, their expensive classes do not have a designated area and therefore you can't have access to the mat /stretching area during certain times.....and I paid for this??? Its a JOKE. Oh and apparently I AM in a contract until January. WHAT? I am on fire and will tell everyone how terrible Vision Quest is ANY chance I can. I can't wait to be rid of them. I just have to give them $60 more dollars......it truely makes me ill.
