Review content:
I had my truck services. They left my oil filter loose and leaking. The changed my fan belt that really wasn't needed and then the belt fell off less than 5 miles later. I had to have my truck towed back and they blamed it on the belt tensioner. I showed the tensioner and belt to another shop. They said the old belt was OK and didn't need to be replaced and the tensioner was fine. I was installed improperly. Also, on 3 separate occasions, my husband has gone in to buy cigarettes and bought 2 packs. They only gave him one and charged him for 2 and held the receipt before he even left the counter. He had to tell they guy that he ordered 2 and say can I have the 2nd pack and my receipt. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers with other things on their minds have been cheated by this establishment. We are cancelling our charge cards and going to ""Shell"".
