GIRLS BEWARE!
Upon first glance it looks like any other hole in the wall, complete with back parking and minimal signage. Once inside, the venue is actually pretty nicely set-up.
The issue I had was with their bathroom set-up and a specific incident that occurred there where an older man followed a woman into the bathroom and tried to have his way with her.The bathroom is like the bathroom in a house, with tub and all and it is shared by both men and women. There is one upstairs and one downstairs. There is no attendant near the bathroom. Other wine bars I have been to have, as most bars, have separate restrooms for men and women. That way if a man walks into the woman's restroom, people are aware that is somewhere he should not be.
Now I do not know or am I claiming that this happens there often or has happened before. But from MY experience it did happen and I would not feel safe drinking there because of it. I chose to share this review in hopes that it does not happen to anyone else.
If you go, and intend to drink, PLEASE make sure to go with good friends or some muscle or you might find yourself trapped in their tiny bathroom with a 60+ year old man!
