They claim to treat every customer like a guest. If that means being rude, making you wait in the cold, and laughing at you, then I do not choose to be their guest ever again. After leaving my cell phone in my car after boarding a flight to California, I called them and begged to please overnight my cell phone. Response? ""We don do that mista."" Please I will gladly pay extra, it is very important. You no hear me mista? We don do that. When Iasked for the manager she said he will call you tomorrow. He never called either. When I returned a week later, I had to wait in the airport a LONG LONG TIME, Finally I was picked and delivered to the office where I met the same clerk. she told me in no uncertain terms to call customer service if I was dissatisfied(!) my recommendation is to avoid them.
