Review content:
Although there is a Holiday gas station 2 blocks from my home I happen to like going to the one almost a mile away up until an incident occur, which now I rate the North St. Paul location #3836 1 star! After my husband's experience with this gas station, I refuse to use it going forward and will tell all my family and friends to boycott it as well. You can say it's our words against theirs vice versa, but who talks to their customer's like that? My husband had an incident on 2/24/12 in the afternoon when he went to pump gas and paid for it in cash inside. Came home and noticed his gas gauge never moved. He contacted the gas station, but they said they couldn't help. Unsatisfied and sure his gauge is not broken, he returns to pump for the 2nd time and paid for gas at the pump. This time, his gauge moved. He spoke to a cashier inside the store and was basically told that maybe his gauge is broke and he needs to get it checked. REALLY?! Is that all the store can say to a customer? That's rude customer service. You don't just blatantly tell a customer their gauge is broken, go get it checked out. That's almost saying, you think he's lying, it's not Holiday's fault. My husband is NOT liar!! I contacted Holiday immediately as I got home and asked to speak to a manager right away. Assistant Manager practically told me the same thing. Only this time, she added that they get their pumps checked every year....that tells me it's an annual check up, not monthly. Well guess what Holiday #3836, perhaps I should tell you the same thing....get your pumps checked more often to ensure this matter doesn't occur again.
