Review content:
When my cat who didn't like people came down with an ear infection, we took her here because it was close and it was best to have a short drive. She was very unhappy and hissed, spit and generally made her displeasure known.
The vet techs were positive she was feral but the vet came in and immediately said, ""She doesn't like people and she's sick. She's not feral.""
I liked that he recognized that immediately. When we had to put this cat to sleep due to kidney failure, they were extremely kind, even going so far as to advise as to when the best time would be so we could spend as much time with her as possible, they let us grieve in the room for as long as needed and sent us a condolence card.
Pros: Compassionate
