I would like to start by saying, I have been a customer of Premeir Medical Group for over 10 years. The service the doctors provide is overall satifactory. In my recent visit, I left the docotor's office feeling very dissappointed in the unprofessional service that was provided by the front office staff. Upon arrival, the receptionist discussed past due co-pay billing issues in the mist of the patients waiting in the lobby area. Everyone knows that you pay your co-pay before you see the physician. I found this to be quit offensive because these issues clearly should have been discussed in the billing department. The billing department treated me as if they did not value my business. In efforts to cooperate, I offered to call my insurance provider and I asked her for the number she said it is on the back of your insurance card (Sarcatically). When I asked to see the office receipts she stated "" Do you have your receipts"". After going back and forth for 45 minutes, I ask to speak to the Manager. Much to my surprise, she came with box of bandages. I was so unhappy with the service I left the office without seeing the physician and I am in the process of having all my family files tranferred. When will people realize Clientele is the reason they have a JOB!!
